Villa Royal Palm consists of two separated floors. Each (!) attractively furnished and airconditioned floor has its own wide open living, fully equipped kitchen, atmospheric bedrooms and bathrooms. This makes the villa extremely suitable for friendly families who want to go on vacation to enjoy each other's company and still will be able to keep their privacy. The villa provides a very well balanced atmosphere even by hosting 12 people.

UPPER FLOOR

This floor consists of three airconditioned bedrooms, who can host 7 people and a child's bed. One bedroom with sea view contains a bathroom 'en-suite'. Next to the other two sleeping rooms, the second bathroom is situated. The sleeping rooms consist of AUPING beds with new boxspring mattrasses.

The open master kitchen is situated on the south side, able to mix the Mediterranean sea breeze with your cooking art by opening the balcony doors, while your audience is sitting at the kitchenbar. Next to this is a big airconditioned open living, containing a fire place and round windows, providing (again...) the most beautiful views.

COFFEE MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO GET OUT OF BED, SEA VIEW MAKES IT WORTHWHILE

In the living you can enjoy your own music by a SONOS music system. In the whole villa free WIFI network is available.

A big flatscreen TV is installed, supported by a CANAL DIGITAL reciever. Also a DVD player and 40 DVD's are present, with a wide range of variety starting from the smallest children from 2 years old and up. Via WIFI it's possible to watch NETFLIX on your own account.

A chimney provides you warm and romantic moments during the wintermonths.

The 'naja' is a lovely place to sit inside, windows on all sides, giving a view on the terrace, swimming pool and Mediterranean sea.

From here you can acces the pool and both terraces. Next to the naja is a seperate laundry room with both a washing machine and drier. Also here you will find the swimming protection fence which is easy to install.

LIFE IS COOL BY THE POOL

Part of the villa is a private swimmingpool with lots of privacy. The pool (9m by 4m) overlooks the Mediterranean sea and on the south side of the pool there is a bench of 4 m in the water. A removable pool safety fence consisting of textilene panels is available. It is specifically designed as a swimming pool barrier to help protect children from exposed open water by adding a layer of protection around the swimming pool. Once installed, it provides quick and easy access to the swimming pool and is easy to remove and replace.

The lower floor is accessible from two sides, via a private front door, but also via a private terrace on the south side. This floor contains 2 bedrooms, a big bathroom with a bath, sinked in the floor, a walk-in shower and toilet. For conveniance another seperate toilet is present. A living, containing a fire place and where also a flatscreen TV is installed, including a DVDplayer, SONOS music system and WIFI.

LOWER FLOOR

This separate and private area makes the villa incredibly attractive for friendly families who want to go on vacation together, to enjoy each other's company, but at the same time can keep their desired privacy ! By sharing rental costs, the villa very attractively priced.

GARDEN

The private villa is surrounded by a colourfull and very atmospheric garden full of bougainvilles, palms, orange tree, diverse flowers and grass. In this garden you will find numerous terrasses and private corners. A 'jeu de boules' lane is situated at the lower garden, where also a playground for the children is.

Around the house and garden there are 5 terraces. All of them have a stunning sea view. Some terraces include dinertables with chairs, some of them include sunbeds, of which in total 9. One terrace is in atmospheric Arab style with a U-shape bench. A place where at night stories become fairy tailes.
